Pat Ryan’s 18 years of trading experience shaped the system behind Trade with Pat.
A repeatable process, turned into a system.
The TWP Robot didn’t come first. It came out of a long record: years of trading, years of reviewing other makers’ robots, and many robots of Pat’s own. This is that record, in the order it happened.
The beginning
Pat Ryan started trading in 2008.
The rest of this story came after it: Forex Robot Nation in late 2009, Trade with Pat in 2012 and, much later, the TWP Robot. To this day, Forex Robot Nation introduces its creator as a “long-time trader”.

Forex Robot Nation
In late 2009 Pat started Forex Robot Nation, a website that reviewed trading robots.
Years of testing other people’s robots.
“Expert Advisor Reviews are important because there are no unbiased reviewers in the forex market and someone needs to fill this role.”
Its earliest archived home page, from March 2010, describes the method: buy a robot, run it, and read its trading statistics every day to rank the best three. Today every product it reviews goes through a specific set of stress tests.
It began with robots only. Over the years it took in signals, indicators, courses, brokers and VPS providers, with a team of analysts, writers and coders.
From testing to rules
Remove the repetition. Not the trader.

The TWP Robot brings that experience into one robot. It takes on the part of trading that repeats, session after session, and leaves the choices with the trader: which set file, how much risk, when to step in. Forex Robot Nation put risk in the same hands in 2010; the first step its home page gave anyone choosing a robot was “Be responsible, manage your risk strategy.”

In public, under his own name.
Trade with Pat was founded in 2012 and today runs under RYPAX INC. It is where Pat trades and teaches in public.
His YouTube channel, dedicated to day trading, has 400K+ subscribers; he shares his strategies, tips, robots, signals and indicators there, across forex, gold and indices. A Discord community shares ideas and educational content. On Telegram run the VIP signal rooms, TWP VIP FX and TWP VIP GOLD, and a free channel that was formerly known as Forex Robot Nation.

The philosophy

You choose the set file and the risk and can change both at any time; all trading decisions are yours. Trade with Pat doesn’t manage accounts or trade on anyone’s behalf, and no outcome is guaranteed. Trading involves risk.
