Record 01Getting set up: Fredrick G., Slashdot

Summary

If you're new to automated trading and want a structured entry point, Trade with Pat is about as accessible as it gets.

You're not buying a bot and hoping for the best there's a community and support structure around it. My first few months were genuinely a learning curve, but the robot gave me a framework to work within and that made all the difference. Solid choice for a beginner who's willing to put in the time

Fredrick G.Photographer
Positive
I was genuinely a beginner I'd opened my first MT4 account about three months before buying the Gold package. The 3-step setup process (install, load set file, activate) is actually that simple. I didn't need to understand every technical detail upfront. The community was helpful when I had basic questions and nobody made me feel stupid for asking
Negative
Beginners should know that the robot is only as good as your broker setup. I initially had issues with spread and slippage on a broker that wasn't great for the EA. It took some community guidance to switch to a better one. If you're brand new, factor in some time for that trial and error.

Trade wit Pat gives my trading a process and sticks to it
Status
Public review

Summary

For me, the biggest benefit of Trade With Pat isn't that it magically makes trading easy. It's that it gives my trading a process and sticks to it.

I spend less time second-guessing entries and watching every candle, which has made automated forex trading much more practical for me

Fredd D.Senior Merchant Mariner Evaluation Specialist
Positive
My biggest issue with forex trading was never finding setups. It was what I did after finding them. I would move an entry, hesitate on a breakout or close a trade because I was nervous about giving back profit. The Trade With Pat Robot helped because the strategy is rule-based and the EA handles the execution instead of leaving me to make the decision in the moment. I particularly like that it doesn't seem interested in taking every little move in the market.
Negative
There are definitely trades I would have taken manually that the robot simply ignores. If you enjoy discretionary trading, that can take some getting used to.

Record 03The track record: Robert C., Slashdot

Summary

I have been through two hyped-up EA launches that both disappeared within six months. Trade with Pat has been operating consistently, the community is still active, and updates have been delivered.

That track record matters more to me than a flashy sales page. The realistic framing around risk and results is what made me comfortable spending money here.

Robert C.Scuba Diver Trainer
Positive
The platform is upfront about what it is and what it is not. The spec sheet, the Discord, and the onboarding all make clear that this is a trading tool with risk, not a guaranteed return machine. That honesty sets proper expectations from day one. The rule-based strategy is consistent, which means the results are readable and analysable over time.
Negative
Because it is not a regulated entity, you have no external recourse if something goes wrong. That is worth understanding clearly before purchase. Your capital sits with your broker, not with Trade with Pat, which is actually safer, but the product itself has no regulatory oversight.

  1. Review 04: James G., Management Consulting — For me, Trade With Pat made more sense than paying for signals alone because the execution is part of the system., Slashdot,

I still monitor the account, but I don't have to sit there waiting for a signal and then panic about whether I'm entering too late

    Positive
I've tried signal services where the difficult part was still executing the trade correctly. By the time I received the alert, price had moved, and then I was deciding whether to enter or wait. With Trade With Pat, the EA can actually execute the strategy according to its programmed rules. That removes a lot of the hesitation between seeing a setup and actually taking it.
    Negative
Automation also means accepting the robot's rules. If the market doesn't fit the strategy, the EA isn't going to magically adapt like a discretionary trader might.

  2. Review 05: Robert H., Creative Content Lead — Before purchasing the Trade with Pat EA, I spent several days comparing the available packages because I wanted to make the right investment the first time., Slashdot,

What I liked most was that the actual trading strategy remains consistent regardless of which version you choose. You're paying primarily for additional licenses and extra benefits rather than a completely different robot. That pricing structure felt honest and easy to understand. I eventually selected the mid-tier option because it matched the number of broker accounts I currently manage, and I've never felt pressured to upgrade simply for better trading performance. The EA itself has been reliable, the lifetime updates provide ongoing value, and knowing I can expand later if my trading grows gives me peace of mind. It's a practical purchasing model that puts flexibility ahead of unnecessary upselling

    Positive
Every version of the Trade with Pat EA includes the same core trading strategy and lifetime software updates. Higher packages mainly increase licensing flexibility and additional features, allowing traders to choose according to their own trading needs rather than feeling forced into expensive upgrades.
    Negative
Traders who only need one live account may not benefit from the larger packages. Comparing every feature across the available tiers takes a little research before making a final decision.

    Positive
Honestly , the best thing ever, im pleased to just share my thoughts on how amazing everything is, even besides the bot, pat is incredible and he is completely connected with his community, nothing like ive seen before, he engages with people and encourages everyone to do better, he is such an inspiration, his bot is honestly really good and you just have to give it a shot to see what im talking about, besides that, there is always a big community in discord ready to help you set it up, but u could always look for your own way and modify everything as your pleasing which is the thing i love most about the bot.

  4. Review 07: Mike T., Sales Representatives — One of the reasons I trusted the Trade with Pat Robot was its transparency., Slashdot,

So many forex robots advertise impossible win rates or guaranteed daily profits, but this EA takes a completely different approach. Everything is presented realistically. The robot follows its strategy exactly as designed, while I remain responsible for choosing my broker, managing account risk, and reviewing overall performance. That honesty actually gave me far more confidence than exaggerated marketing ever could. After several months of using the Trade with Pat Robot, I appreciate knowing exactly how the system works instead of relying on mysterious algorithms that nobody can explain. Automated trading should reduce emotional decision-making, not eliminate personal responsibility, and this EA strikes that balance extremely well. For traders who value consistency and realistic expectations over hype, it's a product that earns trust over time.

    Positive
The Trade with Pat Robot clearly explains that trading always involves risk and never promises guaranteed profits. You remain in full control of your broker account, trading capital, and risk settings while the EA focuses on executing its predefined strategy consistently.
    Negative
Traders looking for completely passive income without any involvement may find the expectations more realistic than they hoped. You still need to monitor performance periodically and make sensible risk adjustments.

  5. Review 08: Josepf R., Customer Experience Executive — Trade With Pat suits swing traders better than the marketing might suggest., Slashdot,

The robot doesn't have to run constantly to add value using it selectively on high-conviction setups while relying on signals for context is a genuinely effective approach. The Discord is full of traders using it in different ways, and that variety of perspectives has been one of the most useful parts of the whole experience.

    Positive
As a swing trader, I don't need the robot running 24/7, but I do use it for specific high-probability setups aligned with the open-range breakout framework. The built-in stop-loss and take-profit logic means I'm not manually babysitting exits, which is where I used to leak money. The signals validate my own analysis more often than not, which is a confidence builder
    Negative
I'd like more clarity on the specific sessions and market conditions where the open-range breakout performs best. The strategy is sound but performance varies significantly across pairs and sessions, and I had to learn that the hard way through community Q&A rather than from upfront documentation.

  6. Review 09: Allen J., Trader — Once I stepped back and let it run, I realized how much my emotions were affecting my results before., Slashdot,

The EA isn’t perfect but it’s consistent, and that alone puts it ahead of most manual trading.

    Positive
The biggest difference with the Trade With Pat EA is consistency in execution. No hesitation, no early exits, no revenge trades. It follows its logic every single time, which is something I’ve never been able to do manually.
    Negative
At first, it feels uncomfortable not being in control of every decision. There’s a tendency to want to interfere.

  7. Review 10: Randarius S., Personal Trainer — I didn’t expect to learn anything from an EA, but this changed that., Slashdot,

By watching its trades over time, I started recognizing patterns I used to miss. It’s like having a silent mentor—you won’t get explanations, but you’ll see consistency, and that’s enough if you pay attention.

    Positive
Unlike many automated systems that feel completely opaque, Trade With Pat gives you enough behavioral consistency to study it. You can observe how it reacts to certain market structures and start connecting the dots. The risk management is transparent and adjustable, which helps in understanding how exposure impacts outcomes.
    Negative
It doesn’t explicitly explain its logic, so learning comes from observation rather than direct instruction. That requires effort.

  8. Review 11: Elijah G., Label Designer — It’s not a teaching tool, but it becomes one if you pay attention., Slashdot,

I’ve caught myself questioning my own trades now “Would the EA take this?” and more often than not, the answer is no. That alone has improved my decision-making

    Positive
I started using the Trade With Pat EA purely for automation, but after a while, I began noticing patterns in how it behaves. It doesn’t chase price, and it rarely enters at extremes. Watching it over time, especially on pairs like GBP/USD, helped me understand timing better than any indicator I’ve used before.
    Negative
There’s no explanation built in. If you’re not actively observing, you won’t pick up on what it’s doing.

  9. Review 12: Chris M., Trader — Trade with Pat EA trades like it’s trying to survive first and profit second., Slashdot,

That mindset makes a noticeable difference the longer you run it.

    Positive
Most EAs I’ve tested are designed backwards — they chase profit first and deal with risk later. Trade With Pat EA feels like it was built the other way around. The first thing you notice isn’t how much it makes, but how carefully it protects the account balance. It avoids entering the market when conditions are even slightly unstable, which drastically reduces exposure during unpredictable sessions. Another detail that stood out is how it spaces out its trades. There’s no clustering of positions, no sudden bursts of activity. This spacing creates a much more controlled risk profile, especially for traders running smaller accounts where overexposure can wipe out weeks of progress.
    Negative
This protective behavior can sometimes feel overly cautious. There were periods where the market moved cleanly, but the EA chose not to participate. That can create a sense of missed opportunity, especially if you’re watching charts manually.

  10. Review 13: Phil H., Cloud Computing — One thing that I really love about trade with pat robot is it’s designed to be selective, not busy., Slashdot,

And once you accept that, the results start to make a lot more sense

    Positive
Trade with Pat has this way of slowing you down as a trader. It doesn’t flood your account with trades or try to create excitement. Instead, it waits sometimes longer than you’d expect and only enters when conditions align with its strategy. At first, I found myself checking the platform constantly, wondering why nothing was happening. But over time, I realized that this selective approach is exactly why it maintains stability. It’s trading less, but with more intention.
    Negative
If you’re someone who enjoys active trading or needs constant engagement, this EA can feel a bit too quiet. There are stretches where nothing happens, and that can test your patience, especially in the beginning.

  11. Review 14: Caroline T., Voiceover artist — For traders researching safe forex robot, this EA stands out because it prioritizes survival and consistency over chasing big wins., Slashdot,
    Positive
What I appreciate about Trade with Pat is that there’s a clear logic behind how it trades. It’s not randomly entering positions you can see it waiting for specific conditions, especially during low volatility. Compared to other MT4 forex robots I’ve used, this one feels more refined and less risky. The smaller take profits also help in closing trades more frequently without overexposure.
    Negative
The trade-off here is that profits per trade are relatively small. If you’re aiming for aggressive account growth, this approach might feel too conservative for your liking.

  12. Review 15: Robert S., Trader — Five months in, still running, no major complaints., Slashdot,

Out of six EAs I've purchased over the years, Trade with Pat is the only automated forex trading robot I'm still actively using. The strategy makes sense, the support is genuine, and the one-time pricing model doesn't nickel-and-dime you into regret. That's a short list of things most EA sellers can't claim.

    Positive
The rule-based nature of the Trade with Pat strategy is what drew me in. I've burned money on EAs that claimed to use AI or neural networks and turned out to be curve-fitted garbage. The breakout logic here is transparent and testable I backtested it myself before buying and the behavior matched what Pat describes. Pre-optimized set files meant I didn't have to spend months optimizing parameters from scratch, which for anyone who's been in forex long enough to know how deep that rabbit hole goes, is genuinely valuable. The Gold package at a one-time fee is cheaper than two months of some signal subscriptions I've paid for in the past. And MT4 and MT5 compatibility meant I didn't have to change brokers or disrupt a spread relationship I'd spent time building.
    Negative
Five other EAs had trained me to expect over-the-top dashboard interfaces and fancy reporting screens. Trade with Pat is more minimal than that. It runs, it executes, it logs. If you want a pretty interface, manage your expectations going in. You're also still responsible for broker selection, risk settings, and account monitoring. This isn't a managed fund and it doesn't pretend to be. If you set risk too high and blow your account, that's not the robot failing that's the user failing. The community is helpful but it does require you to filter the signal-to-noise ratio yourself, especially if you're more experienced and the beginner questions aren't relevant to you

You’re not glued to charts, but you’re also not blindly handing control to a black box.

    Positive
Even though it’s automated, the trading activity doesn’t feel mysterious. Looking through the history, entries and exits appear structured, not random. That transparency makes it easier to trust the system and leave it running

  18. Review 21: James C., Administer and Product Manager — After using it for a while, Trade With Pat Robot feels more like a long-term account management tool than a thrill-seeking robot., Slashdot,

It prioritizes capital preservation, controlled growth, and structured entries. It’s best suited for traders who understand that consistency and survival matter more than flashy short-term gains

    Positive
What stood out immediately with Trade With Pat Robot is how selective it is. It doesn’t jump into every small move it waits for structured setups, and you can actually see that logic when reviewing the trade history. Position sizing feels calculated, not aggressive, and it doesn’t stack trades recklessly. I’ve run it on MT4 via VPS and it’s been stable with no freezing or platform overload, which is a huge plus for automated systems. It also avoids the classic martingale trap that blows accounts.
    Negative
The cautious approach means there are slower weeks, especially during choppy or low-volatility markets. If you’re someone who expects daily excitement or multiple trades per session, this EA may feel “too quiet.” Also, while installation is simple, optimizing risk settings to match your account size takes a bit of learning beginners can’t just switch it on blindly and expect perfect results.

It works best when the user understands market context and uses it strategically.

    Positive
What initially drew me to the Trade With Pat Robot was the fact that it doesn’t try to pretend automation replaces market logic. After running it live, it’s clear that this robot is built around trend-following principles rather than blind entries. Trades tend to align with broader market direction, and positions are not opened recklessly. I especially appreciated that it avoids constant rapid-fire trading and instead waits for clearer setups.
    Negative
This is not a plug-and-play robot for complete beginners. You need a basic understanding of market conditions to know when to keep it running and when to step aside. During sideways or choppy markets, performance can slow down significantly.

  21. Review 24: Ben C., Engineer — This robot suits traders who understand risk management and want automation that sticks to a plan., Slashdot,

Trade With Pat Robot is ideal for traders who value consistency and discipline over excitement.

    Positive
I like that Trade With Pat Robot keeps emotions completely out of trading. Entries are rule-based, and the EA doesn’t revenge trade after losses. Setup is clean once broker conditions are matched.
    Negative
Requires patience and proper lot sizing. Overleveraging can still cause problems.

  22. Review 25: Paul W., Store Associate — This robot rewards patience., Slashdot, Edited

It’s not designed to impress with frequency, but with discipline. I'd say it's a solid EA for traders who understand that automation still requires proper setup and realistic expectations

    Positive
I appreciated how Trade With Pat Robot avoids overtrading. The EA waits for high-probability setups instead of forcing entries. Risk per trade remains consistent, which makes account growth more manageable.
    Negative
There can be long gaps between trades, which may feel slow for traders used to scalping bots.

  23. Review 26: Kimberly C., Logistics Manager — Trade With Pat Robot is best suited for traders who prefer controlled automation over aggressive strategies., Slashdot,

It feels more like a support system than a high-risk growth tool

    Positive
Trade With Pat Robot is simple to deploy and doesn’t require complex optimization. The EA focuses on structured entries and predefined risk, which makes it easier to trust on a live account. I also liked that it works well alongside manual trading without interfering with open positions.
    Negative
Trade frequency is on the lower side, especially during sideways markets. It’s not a “daily profit” system and requires patience.

  24. Review 27: Richard H., Trader — Overall, Trade With Pat EA is a dependable automated trading tool that balances profit potential with risk control., Slashdot,

It’s ideal for intermediate traders looking to automate their strategy without being glued to the screen, but it does require some supervision and smart money management to maximize results.

    Positive
Trade With Pat EA is very user-friendly and makes automated trading simple. The strategy is solid, with clear risk management built-in, and it handles entries and exits efficiently. It saves time for traders who don’t want to stare at charts all day and can trade multiple pairs simultaneously.
    Negative
While reliable, it isn’t a “set and forget” tool. Market volatility or unexpected news can produce drawdowns, and some fine-tuning of settings is needed depending on your broker’s spreads and latency. Beginners might need a demo run to fully understand it.

  1. Review 28: Ashley R., Food and Beverage Crew — As a crypto trader, the bot’s ability to handle fast BTC swings without freezing is impressive., Slashdot,

It reacts quicker than I can manually. I use it mainly on BTC and ETH, and it’s been remarkably stable

    Positive
I used TWP robot during the U.S. CPI release last week, expecting chaos. It literally paused trading automatically and waited for the market to settle. That alone showed me it wasn’t just blindly firing positions
    Negative
The notification system is a bit slow. I want to get trade alerts instantly on my phone to help me keep track without checking MT4 every three minutes.

  2. Review 29: Liam M., Cashier — My trading used to be pure chaos sometimes I’d win, sometimes I’d lose badly., Slashdot,

Trade With Pat Robot helped me slow down and trust the process. I now take fewer trades, but the trades I take are smarter and better planned

    Positive
I love how realistic this robot is. It doesn’t promise overnight success or huge profits. Instead, it focuses on smart entries, patience, and understanding price action. Since using it, I’ve stopped overtrading and started following a disciplined plan.
    Negative
Trade With Pat Robot has helped me become more disciplined, but I think it could be improved by offering more customization. For example, if I could adjust the risk level or choose which pairs I want alerts for, it would fit more easily with my trading style. The system is strong, no doubt adding a bit more flexibility would make it perfect, especially for traders who like to personalize their strategies

  3. Review 30: Chris T., User — This bot feels like it was designed by an expert trader who actually understands trading in and out., Slashdot,

It’s consistent, transparent, and doesn’t hide behind unnecessary complexity, which is honestly quite rare for a robot.

    Positive
Trade With Pat Robot is one of the few trading bots I actually trust on a live account. It trades logically, not randomly, and you can clearly see why it enters or exits a position. The algorithm is simple enough that anyone with a basic grasp of price action or technical analysis will understand what’s going on.
    Negative
It’s not a plug-and-play solution. You still need to know how to manage risk and tweak settings for your own strategy. If you expect a “set it and forget it” robot, this probably isn’t it.
